Which ball to choose when playing squash?

A squash ball is made by rubber, has a diameter of 39,5 - 40,5 mm., and a weight of 23-25 g.

Squash is a super fast sport, and requires a fast reaction time during play. Depending on how experienced you are playing squash, you have the option to choose a ball suited for your level.

It is rather important to choose a ball suited for your level and skills, to get the best and most fun experience during playing.

A faster ball has a higher bounce from the floor, and thereby offers less experienced players more time to reach and hit the ball.

The squash balls are categorized as follows:

Beginner balls also exist - they are entirely blue and have a larger diameter than normal squash balls.
